Great property. Took a tour and was very impressed. Was immediately greeted by Jasmine (think she is the manager). The property was really clean and well maintained. Saw the maintenance guy Terry. He was very friendly and assured both me and my husband that he would address anything we needed while we resided there. Could not get over the friendliness and inviting! Very impressive

I'm in search to find a place for new beginnings in Arizona from California and Town Commons has checked all the boxes for me. I did a tour around the site and I am impressed with the upkeep of the grounds. The cleanliness and the friendly staff, Jasmine and Holly, were enough to swoon me over - they didn't have to try hard. I was immediately acknowledged when entering the leasing office. I love the aesthetics of their common areas - they are open and welcoming to their residents. This place is definitely a contender for my new beginnings!

Out of all the comparable complexes in the area, I’m glad I moved here! The staff put on events regularly, it’s a very pet friendly community and the amenities/grounds are inviting and very well kept. Tony and Terry from maintenance answer each service request immediately and Jasmine, the manager is always friendly and on top of whatever you may need. It’s obvious they are a tight team and really care about the residents which is super comforting. Definitely would recommend this community as your next home!

We are very happy to make part of Town Commons. Laura, Holly and Jonathan are the best. We are older and we don’t speak English well. They are always patient with us, help us with any issues and are always very kind. We love the different events that TC hosts. Donut day, wing day, pool party. It is nice to meet other tenants. We love the location, walk to coffee, restaurants. Access to canal to walk.

I recently moved out of Town Commons to a different apartment to be closer to my job. I don't like my new digs as much because there is just no comparison to the amenities and service I experienced living at Town Commons. Terry in maintenance was always wonderfully helpful and truly went above and beyond. Along with Holly and Jasmine in the leasing office...Everyone went out of their way to make my apartment the home I wanted to come home to at the end of the day.

This is an awesome place hands-down top tier list of apartment complexes in Gilbert. The staff they are truly amazing. They’re always courteous and quick to jump to their feet to assist prospects and vendors. Before I go, I have to give a shout out to the community manager Jasmine. She seems very nice, wise and just made my experience there a complete Joy. Thank you to the entire team: Jonathan Laura, Holly and the incredible maintenance staff as well. You guys are an all around great Team and I know you make your company very proud.

I unfortunately had a bad experience living here. The walls are very thin, so if you like peace and quiet or are a light sleeper, you will not like it here. You can hear people just having a normal conversation outside so that’s pretty irritating. The person who lived above me was so disrespectful and loud almost every single night. I would wake up in the middle of the night and hear him screaming and blasting music. There is a help line for you to dial and they are supposed to handle the situation. The times it was unbearable, I would call that number and most times he still wouldn’t quit. I contacted the leasing office about this and they told me they would contact him. To my understanding, they never truly got ahold of him and this was an ongoing issue for the whole year. I emailed them multiple times about this. I paid a lot of money to live here and it’s super frustrating there isn’t a better policy in place to deal with people like that. I literally would have to sleep with a sound machine on and I could still hear them. Another issue I encountered, there is no assigned parking spots. Not the end of the world, but if you get home late, you will end up having to park far away. For move out, they tried charging me 85 dollars for carpet cleaning, yet we didn’t have any carpet in our apartment. Thankfully they fixed the matter when I contacted them, but I’m sure a lot of people don’t pay attention to that so beware. Overall, I would never live here again due to the lack of help I received with my ongoing problem.
